Suite rooms, great breakfast in a good location. Friendly happy hour. The front desk staff that checked us in (Antonio) and dealt with missing cups in the room and needed blanket and towels (reservation was for three but room was only prepared for two),were really helpful.

Property was clean, staff was friendly. Bob the bar tender was excellent. He was amazing, friendly. He told great stories and even danced a little.

This isn't our first time staying here. It have always been wonderful staying here. Easy check in process and the staff (as always) was polite & helpful. The location is definitely a plus because the hotel is located down town near all the restaurants and even a walk 2 icon park was pleasant. The pool inside was room and the breakfast was decent. The rooms are spacious.

- Room was very spacious with a very comfy bed! - Breakfast was good with a good variety including hot food, waffles, fruit and yoghurts. - Hotel was very clean. - Pool and hot tub were open till late meaning we could use these after a day at Universal Studios. - Two free drinks per person per night were a great unexpected extra. - Within walking distance to some local restaurants including TGI Fridays. A great value hotel for someone going to the theme parks, just remember to factor in shuttle or taxi costs!

Very pleasure. The breakfast buffet was very good with a chef making a delicious omelet. The pool was perfect for someone who doesn't want a pool resort, inside and out was great. The room is very spacious. Easy location so you can walk to a few places without needing a car.

Housekeeping did a wonderful job in our room before and during our stay. Provided us with extra towels like we asked. Staff was super helpful and nice during our stay.

I love the fact that the embassy has full breakfast service, makes you really feel like you are getting what you paid for. So much better than the regular continental breakfast. We were within walking distance of a lot of places, and if we wanted to venture out further we could use the trolley, instead of moving our vehicle. They allow pets, but we did not hear barking all day long.

Great location, very nice hotel, with hot tube and indoor pool. Complementary breakfast is amazing, with omelets done at the moment from the chef. Great place at a very good value, especially considering it's on international drive.
